The Rustic Fork is a neighborhood restaurant in Bend, Oregon, serving farm-to-table dinner and weekend brunch in a warm, candlelit space.
Opened in 2019 by Chef Tomás Rivera and his partner Leah, The Rustic Fork was born from a simple idea: cook what the land gives us this week. We partner with six farms within 50 miles and change our menu with the seasons. The dining room seats 42 guests, and our back patio opens spring through fall.
Our menu changes weekly. Here is a recent selection.
Goat cheese, candied walnuts, citrus vinaigrette.
Sweet corn, smoked paprika cream, chive oil.
Rosemary olive oil, flaky salt, house-churned butter.
Brown butter, roasted fingerlings, green beans, almond gremolata.
Red wine jus, creamy polenta, roasted root vegetables.
Wild foraged mushrooms, parmesan, truffle oil, microgreens.
Classic custard infused with Oregon lavender.
Freeform pastry with whatever the farm delivers. Served with vanilla bean ice cream.
