Most custom orders take four to six weeks from confirmation to shipment. Larger orders like wedding favors require at least eight weeks.
Yes. I use 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. The ceramic vessels are designed to be reused.
Because each piece is handmade, I do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours and I will make it right.
All stoneware is food-safe, microwave-safe, and top-rack dishwasher-safe. Hand washing will extend the life of the glaze.
